Amir Blumenfeld
Amir Shmuel Blumenfeld, an Israeli‑American comedian, actor, writer and television host, makes up one half of the comedy pair Jake and Amir. He was born in Israel and, at two years old, moved with his family to Los Angeles. In 2005 he was brought on board by CollegeHumor, the New York‑based humor site, where he contributed to its books and articles, wrote and performed in the site’s original video sketches—including titles like Hardly Working and Very Mary‑Kate—and later appeared as a cast member on the short‑lived MTV series The CollegeHumor Show.
