Gulddreng

Malte Fynboe Manniche Ebert, who formerly performed under the name Gulddreng, is a Danish musician. His real identity stayed hidden until the father of his host‑family during an exchange trip revealed his name on Facebook. The alias translates to “gold boy” or “golden boy.” While using the Gulddreng persona, Ebert consistently wore sunglasses, a device that helped conceal his face. The first seven singles he released – “Model,” “Se mig nu,” “Hva’ så,” “Drikker for lidt,” “Nemt,” “Guld jul” and “Ked af det” – all reached the top of the Danish charts, with “Se mig nu,” “Drikker for lidt,” “Guld jul” and “Ked af det” debuting straight at number one.
