Biography
Richard Rankin, a performer from Scotland, has built his career in acting. Viewers most readily recognize him from the sketch comedy series Burnistoun, his portrayal of Roger Wakefield MacKenzie in Starz’s Outlander, and his embodiment of John Rebus in the BBC crime drama Rebus, which adapts Ian Rankin’s Inspector Rebus novels.
